I’m Catherine Anne — spiritual healer, hypnotherapist, and intuitive guide.
Think of me as a steady, compassionate presence beside you as you move through trauma, illness, emotional overwhelm, life transition, or spiritual awakening. Someone who can help you make sense of what you’re experiencing and reconnect with your own inner clarity and strength.
My path into this work grew from my own journey of healing and transformation, and from a deep trust in the body, the psyche, and the soul’s natural movement toward wholeness.
